Candidate should have at least 3 yrs of experience in sales planning and strategy. 2. Candidate should have MBA from Tier I college. 3. Experience in creating reports and dashboards, Lead development and adaptation of sales analytics tools, dashboards, etc. Role and responsibilities : 1. Development of sales strategy & ideation, development, and Implementation of strategic projects for improving sales capability, efficiency, and effectiveness. 2. Collaborate with other functions (Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc) for driving sales projects/ initiatives. 3. Data and Analytics: Lead development and adaptation of sales analytics tools, dashboards, etc. Create reports and dashboards to identify gaps, trends, opportunities and present them to sales/ organizational leadership team. Provide diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. 4. Sales Compensation: Develop and execute sales compensation strategies to drive performance. 5. Sales Process and Systems: Lead process and system innovation, changes, and implementation.
