Define the Role
- Lead sales GTM initiatives and deliver business goals
- Monitor daily / weekly demand funnel and drive improvements on field to improve funnel shape
- Identify problem areas in the funnel, work cross-functionally and resolve the same
- Create granular bottom up plans basis experiments and initiatives and ensure adherence across functions.
Persona
- 4-8 years of experience in driving central/regional sales programs
- Candidate should worked in startups with velocity/volume delivery and has seen x level growth
- Strong academic pedigree IITs or Tier-1 MBA
