Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Online Learning (7-10 yrs)

- Senior sales professional with experience in Online Learning in the Digital technologies. This role requires a deep domain knowledge and experience in running job oriented technology courses for fresh graduates and working professionals who aspire to enhance their skills, knowledge and competencies in the emerging technologies. The incumbent will own the P&L and drives profitability from the various programs offered in partnership with some of the prestigious universities/higher education institutions. 


- This role will work closely with the marketing and delivery team to strategize, plan and execute various marketing campaigns (online/offline) for lead generation and brand visibility.

You will :

- Markets our Career Accelerator programs in the Digital Technologies for working professionals and Fresh Graduates across India and Middle East region.

- Owns revenue targets and P&L, drives profitability from the business generated through new customers.

- Gives direction to the Sales & operations team and provide enhance candidate learning experience to the learners enrolled.

- Strategize and execute marketing campaigns for various courses offered in collaboration with the university partners.

- Be responsible for B2B(Enterprise) & B2C sales.

- Owns revenue targets and P&L, drives profitability from the business generated through new customers.

- Be responsible to set up and manage team including sales, delivery, customer services, content and marketing.

- Build and maintain executive relationships with the university partners including chancellors, owners, dean, HOD's and other key stakeholders.

- Market research and Identify growth opportunities by introducing new training programs which are targeted to help individuals learn new technologies and get hands-on learning experience using our digital learning platform.

- Maintain networking and working relations with Education/Training owners and functional SMEs to ensure timely engagement, transparency and aligned decision making

- Stay abreast of defined technology standards, guidelines and patterns and latest technology trends

Skills and Behaviours Required

- Strong understanding of EdTech, Online Learning, Job oriented technology courses offered in India.

- Hands-on with Digital Marketing with good understanding of SEO, SMM, Performance marketing and lead generation models.

- Minimum 8-10 Year- experience in the Edtech, Online Learning, or IT Trainings with hands on experience in retail training sales to individuals.

- Excellent marketing portfolio/channel, relationship and communication management skills

- Entrepreneurial mind-set and Self motivated with a clear vision to lead and add to organization growth.

- Results driven

- Excellent team player and relationship building abilities

- Excellent time management skills; meets deadlines

- Builds effective relationships up and down organization
