Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical

Graduates ( Science Graduates) / Post Graduates with excellent communication skills both verbal as well as written. Experience of dealing with Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry. Experience dealing with interventional products or those dealing with critical care products specifically oncology based products and well versed B2B Sales, having know how and dealt with Western region of India and having excellent convincing ability.

Responsibilities:

- Support sales planning, demand forecasting as well as marketing and promotional initiatives

- Ensure target participation in events, training programs, and other activities for KOL engagement

- Ensure implementation of sales plans

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers/influencers in the region, like Surgeons, Administration, Purchase Heads, Finance Department, Hospital Management, etc. to drive sales target

- Stay updated with new products and technology, new developments in the industry and competitors- activities

- Gather market intelligence in the assigned region in terms of potential new accounts and repeat business from existing customers

- Track tenders within the region and apply / respond to tenders and ensure timely submission

- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and issues.

- Coordinate with the Marketing team for execution of marketing and promotional activities including new product launches & KOL Engagement.

- Promoting the products through product demonstration, distribution of marketing collaterals.
