- Setup HR systems & policies
- Covers areas such as Performance Management System, Talent Development, Productivity enhancement interventions, Communication Forums. Daily, Weekly & Monthly, Employee Engagement etc.
- Lead the team in initiatives to implementation
- Ensure that manpower productivity targets are achieved by providing flexible workforce
- Identify training needs for Management staff through performance management system, future change management initiatives as reference
- Employee Relations, Stakeholder & Flexible Workforce Management
- Build relationships with local community & Government functionaries to enable smooth functioning of Unit
- Identify & develop vendors to cater to need of flexible workforce for production & ancillary areas at unit
MBA from premier Institutes are preferred.
