Candidate will be responsible for corporate sales HR role Industry- Manufacturing Location - Mumbai Qualification - MBA (Full Time) Exp 10 to 15 yrs Age - Between 35 to 40 Yrs JD Recruitment - Recruitment of the employees with adherence to laid down process & agreed timelines - Managing the recruitment partners to ensure desired service delivery. - Ensuring right channel mix with the quality of hires Onboarding &amp; Integration - Ensuring induction &amp; integration of field employees as per defined process &amp; acceptable quality - Ensuring consistent and complete delivery of content - Assessing the quality onboarding process through pre &amp; post evaluations Compensation &amp; Benefits - Designing the benefits portfolio and policies in coordination with the HR Ops COE to maximize employee performance - Governing the benefits policies at the regional level across BUs - Support employees at all levels on day to day basis with HR &amp; benefits related queries HR Operations - Own and manage employee life cycle (from hire to retire) including processes like Offer/Appointment letters, Transfers, HR related statutory compliances, Leave and attendance etc. - One point contact for answering queries with respect to HR related policies - Conducting exit interviews, analyze at regional level and provide feedback to Corporate HR - Member of Internal Complaints Committee for North Region under POSH - Handled National project of attrition analysis Learning &amp; Development - Conducting and coordinating trainings &amp; assessments for the field employees (functional &amp; behavioral) - Identifying Individual development plans basis, the assessments - Ensuring developmental actions basis needs identified in the assessments Employee Engagement - Conducting employee engagement initiatives in the region like events, employee forums, open houses, rewards &amp; recognition programs etc. HR Health of the region - Interacting with employees at regular periodicity, understand &amp; record concerns in the collaborative platform - Conducting open houses for resolution of employee concerns &amp; highlighting &amp; reviewing with&nbsp;&nbsp;
