Purpose of Role :
- The jobholder is responsible for partnering and providing commercial advisory to Business to facilitate achievement of the organisational goals and development of people by strengthening their core capabilities. The role holder's core objectives will be closely aligned to Frontline Goal Sheets (GS) and Performance Bonus Plan / Incentives (PBP) processes in the Financial Management Function and other ancillary responsibilities.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Partner with Business teams to design & roll out effective goal sheets and incentive programs for each of the channel
- Ensure management of a robust frontline performance management process (including exception management) to provide transparency and boost volumes and productivity of staff
- Manage required policy modifications and renewals and ensure adherence to the same across all stages of the related processes from design to calculation, payouts and related governance
- Timely accruals, budgeting and forecasting for payout
- Directly engage with Business to highlight / recommend required modifications to sharpen goal sheets to boost productivity, improve cost to income and other relevant productivity metrics
- Provide decisioning support to Sr Management, Business, Finance and HCM teams through advanced analytics and dashboards
- Maintain audit readiness and lead internal & external audit discussions as per company guidelines
- Liaise with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to drive automation of the goal sheet processes
- Oversee goal sheet and performance bonus plan activities for channels and programs
Key Performance Indicators :
- Establish that all GS / PBP structures are aligned to organisational objectives and cost objectives prior to approval and launch
- Drive accuracy and timeliness of the end-to-end RnR process after ensuring relevant and completed documentation of the same
- Enforce stakeholder discipline in required submissions for GS production
- Draw linkages between GS/PBP structures across job roles and standardize components to aid smooth automation
- Insightful analysis and error free processing of GS/PBP
- Drive automation of RnR and Goal Sheet / Performance Bonus Plan processes
