Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - EdTech (6-12 yrs)

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager to join as part of the team

- Own and grow the Sales and Revenue for B2C with responsibility of getting relevant End users /customers onboarded.

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.

- Manage an Inside Sales team of 10-15 Learning Consultants /Sr. Learning Consultants initially

- Hiring, Training, Onboarding and mentoring the Sales Team

- Data Driven Sales Management: Managing the entire sales funnel from lead stage till conversion and build an engagement-based sales model.

- Focus on High Quality Sales and adherence to strong sales processes

What we are looking for?

- 6-8 year of sales experience in B2C in Ed Tech Industry, currently managing a team of 15 plus team members.

- Sales masters with a track record of outstanding sales achievements

- Good understanding of Dialler Operations and CRM Management (Salesforce, Lead Squared, NoPaperForms, Etc)

- Excellent communication & people management skills.

- Owning up the overall training and quality of the sales teams .

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Start-up Exposure is preferred

- Premium Pedigree is an added advantage.
