Manager/Senior Manager - Sales Development - Staffing Firm (8-15 yrs)
- What is expected from this role?
- Responsible for marketing generated leads and sales enablement for opportunity acceleration
- Responsible for the size and value of marketing generated and sales enabled opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and own the demand generation campaigns calendar to generate relevant leads from relevant personas and accounts.
- End-to-end responsibility for conceptualizing, planning, executing, tracking, refining, and reporting on industry-focused integrated demand generation campaigns.
- Seamlessly execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple platforms and channels to reach target personas at the right 'early consideration' timeframe.
- Expand the B2B decision makers followership on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Work with digital team to set up demand generation campaign materials like hosting the offer, landing pages, emails, social media posts, etc.
- Contribute contact and account level feedback to improve the end-value of industry relevant content including website pages, blogs, thought leadership whitepapers, industry trends, etc.
- Track and report relevant metrics that measure the effectiveness of the demand generation strategy, campaigns, and initiatives, and analyze performance for insights and improvements.
- Increase SQL to Closed Win conversion through Email Nurturing, Tele Calling, Innovative ABM
- Groom the LD and SE teams to sustain a high level of productivity and quality.
What are the required skills?
- Mandatory 5+ years of sales / inside sales experience
- Mandatory 3+ years of team management experience
- Preferred Experience with Staffing Industry, HR / HRMS Product / Services
- Adhere to, and continuously refine the process to improve acquisition and conversion rates.
- Loves to interact with people and help businesses with Innovative solutions.
- An enthusiastic go-getter who is self-motivated, flexible, and good at multitasking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
