Job Description:
- Total Accountability and Onus on Sales P&L of the country by driving SMEs, Corporate and GKAMs through strategic actions.
- Successfully led the sales organization to achieve team targets year on year by delivering 2/3rd business from India controlled accounts
- Grew book of business by gaining and driving teams, for end to end contractual business from Large SMEs, Indian Corporate accounts by monthly, quarterly and annual RFQ wins.
- Focused trade lane selling approach on strength lanes of Europe and Intra Asia, thereby growing stable volumes through Import Console product in both Air & Ocean.
- Leading & contributing to Automotive & Pharma business growth, through Corporate Indian client's acquisitions, with strict compliance adherence.
- Responsible for the department KPI & revenue target.
- Responsible for building and developing the AIR freight forwarding business
