Job Role - Manager/ Sr. Manager - Risk

Reporting - Vice President

Location - Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of investment limit monitoring process

- Defining & Reviewing Investment Limits in Front Office System

- Working with various stakeholders in ensuring the efficacy of the limits process

- Formulation, Review & timely Reporting of Risk Dashboard highlighting Operational KRIs to Internal Risk Committee (IRC) & Board

- Timely capturing & reporting of Incidents/losses with RCA & PACA to IRC & Board

- Monitoring of Dealing Room Voice Recordings & maintenance of logs thereof

- Conducting process reviews and process control checks

- Conducting the RCSA exercise

- Access Review of Mission Critical Applications & report exceptions thereof to Information Security Committee

- Conducting Critical Vendor Risk Reviews

- SOP Manual preparation & updation

- Monitoring of security ratings movements

- Coordinating with IT for designing and implementing various Risk MIS, reporting modules & systems

- Providing support in maintaining and monitoring the ERM framework, identification of new risks and working with functional teams on process controls

Qualification & Experience

- 5 to 8 yrs experience

- Chartered Accountants or MBA Graduates

- CFA or FRM is an advantage
