Manager/Senior Manager - Retail & Business Banking (5-8 yrs)
- Sampling and allocation of files for review basis criteria
- Preparation of draft report post review of files done.
- Preparation of Final Report and roll out to all the stakeholders
- Presentation of key observations to Senior Management on periodic basis
- Managing a team & drive the results/ goals set for self & Team.
- Review of Policy Parameters, Documentation check, analysis of observations for necessary correction in credit appraisal process
- Building Sampling Logic to extract samples for Hind sighting
- Preparing Data Quality Report which highlights the quality of critical data points captured in system basis the physical files
- Preparing Consolidated observations report to highlight the observations which are repetitive in nature
- Prepare Score card for Credit managers each month basis the observations in hind-sighting as well as data quality review.
- Active participation in process re-engineering related to product handled in Hind sighting
- Collaborate with Risk, Operation & Policy team for any change in the process/policy.
- Self-driven, goal oriented & dynamic in nature.
- Identify the gaps in the process & highlights to the Senior Management
- Suggestion for changes in Policy.
- For day to day sampling & identification/resolution of the PAR queries.
- Any change/to understand the policy & process related to the job.
Minimum Qualifications - Graduation
Professional Certifications Preferred - Chartered Accountant / Post Graduate in Business Management
Nature of Experience :
- Detailed domain and process acumen on retail assets products.
- Well versed with geography and markets.
- Networking with peers in competition.
- Should exhibit a flair for investigation and fraud containment process management.
- Strong communication and co-ordination skills with knowledge of LOS and MS office.
