Manager/Senior Manager - Resource Management - IT (10-18 yrs)

Degree in Human Resources.

- 10-15 years of Experience in Resource Management Function (End to end Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Staffing, Operations, Employee Connect, MIS Reporting and Analysis, Business Presentations

- An ideal profile would have worked in a mid to large sized IT firm

Job Description :

- Ensure organizational resource capability for projects through optimum resource utilization

- Formulating the quarterly Manpower Plan which involves Lateral, Campus and Contract staffing

- Facilitate Inter Delivery Unit transfer of resources

- Prioritization of open requests for resource fulfillment

- MIS review for the Resource Management function

- Maintenance of Skill repository - Ensure that all relevant skills are made available on time to significantly reduce revenue loss

- Participating in weekly project management review with Delivery Unit Heads, Practice leaders, Onsite Program Managers and Customer Relationship teams

- Coordination with the Staffing and Business Operations teams to attract, recruit and retain top talent as identified for each project teams

Employee grievance handling : Resolve employee issues, track and communicate the unresolved issues to the relevant Project Manager(s), Unit Heads, Unit HR, Business Partners as appropriate

- Plan & Set targets for Recruitment / Contract drives to optimize channels of Supply for demand fulfillment

- Provide timely information to facilitate future resourcing decisions on a monthly /quarterly basis and influencing the stake holders on the alternate solutions / decisions

- Identify and propose resources with matching Skill level location across Operating Groups in India Development Center as part of sourcing strategy

- Comprehensive analysis of the Demand - Supply Gaps to take appropriate action

- Demand validation and track demand status on weekly basis

- Resourcing / Scheduling, Strategizing for Demand Fulfillment, Supply Allocation through multiple channels and Capability Planning
