- Conceptualize, Implement and Manage Recruitment Shared Services.
- Setup Recruitment Shared services from the scratch
- Partner with Business leaders in developing Resourcing Strategy, initiatives to deliver best resources across multiple business lines.
- Develop and implement Resourcing roadmap.
