Industry : Recruitment experience / exposure in new age hiring eg :Data science, AI, ML, Cybersecurity, Data analytics, Digital, Technical hiring.( role with Silverpeople)

Location : Whitefield, Bangalore ( work from home right now)

Experience : 3-7 yrs (Experience in HR with decent exposure in Recruitment)

Qualification : Full time MBA from reputed Business School and BTech or BCA as graduation

Role & Responsibilities :

- Ownership of practice and recruitment operations.

- Plan & execute the client deliverables to ensure Roles shared are closed successfully.

- Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.

- Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.

- Responsible for total teams' sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.

- Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.

- Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.

- Keep the team motivated for superior results.
