Looking for Manager Recruitment to take care of Lateral and Leadership hiring across domains like FnA / Analytics / SCM etc. for BPO unit of One of the most Respected IT Companies in India, located in Bangalore. The Manager Recruitment would take care of Recruitment for Pan India hiring for the aforesaid domains with the help of his team.

MUST have experience in BPO Hiring across Lateral and Leadership Positions

JD :

- Manager recruitment supports the hiring requirements across units and functions. Sources Talent through Direct / Indirect Channels for Entry Level, Lateral Level and Leadership hiring.

- Identifies most effective sourcing channels (colleges, advertisements, placement agencies, portals, referrals etc), monitor effectiveness of the channels and optimize cost per hire

- Partners with the Operations Units to understand business Requirements, define specific roles and acquires the reqd talent.

- Lays a key emphasis on Campus Hiring from Leading B-Schools and G-Schools

- Represents the ccompany in external forums (career fairs, pre-placement presentations, vendor conferences, etc).

- Develops and implements round-the-year engagement initiatives for Branding the company.

- Analyze MIS data to identify the Talent acquisitions trends and gaps involving Talent Pool availability (from the market/ campuses), Offers, joins etc.

- Manage process audits as per agreed guidelines and SLAs, participate in statutory external and internal audits, highlight non-compliance
