Manager/Senior Manager - Record To Report - Manufacturing - CA/ICWA (6-12 yrs)

Company Background: A leading Manufacturing Client having a Finance Shared Services office in Pune.

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for supervising and authorizing period-end closing activity, financial planning and reporting, accounting, team handling and query management of an Indian Manufacturing company.

Service Delivery:

1. Supervise and authorize the work done by Team Members

2. Perform the role of a SME for the sub-process or region

3. Monitor and report KPI for sub-process or region

4. Manage escalations from Team Members

5. Assist in all audits to ensure complete, timely and accurate responses to information requests

6. Ensure that all new knowledge / improvements are documented and added to SOPs and / or the knowledge management database Responsible for a sub-process or a region

7. Responsible for a sub-process or a region

People Management:

1. Ensure balanced allocation of work among the Team Members

2. Team Members for the training

Operational Excellence:

1. Facilitate initiatives related to operational excellence

2. Quantify and evaluate the feasibility of ideas given by Team Members

3. Provide the feedback and inputs to the success measures of the initiatives post implementation

Attributes Required:

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant/ICWA with relevant experience

Experience:

1. Total experience of 6 - 12 years in the R2R process with a minimum of 2 years in leading a team in a Indian manufacturing or Manufacturing finance Shared Service organization

2. Candidates having experience in Cement / Auto/ other manufacturing companies are preferred for this role

3. Strong understanding of leading practices in R2R processes

4. Experience in Process transition will be an added advantage
