Position - Sr. Manager RTC

- Lead Engineering activities for FGHP internal and external production sites including tooling and equipment, manufacturing in order to ensure product industrialization in line with the specs and targets

- Work together in local/international cross functional project teams for India NPD and sourcing projects and foster a close cooperation between/among all departments (marketing/sales, AP RTC, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Production) to deliver products that create the look and feel of a brand through their innovative features and designs

- Lead/manage VAVE (cost saving), Quality improvement projects and provide technical support to consumer complaints

- Lead India R&D team, manage personal development of the team members

- Plan and manage the R&D budget for India R&D group

- Exp : 10 + years , senior leadership type exp as its RTC Head for India ( below 10 years exp is getting outright rejection )

- Technically : Should be from plastic manufacturing or Houseware ( no industry change will be welcome)

- Innovation: very well add & encouraging if has done some innovation in his existing profile towards new product development under his leadership

- Should be very well versed with the plastic product design _ e.g. plastic, steel and molds in e.g. cleaning products, drill/fill technology, etc.)

- Can be head hunt with Cleaning or plastic manufacturing Co ( except Hamilton )

This position will have dual reporting _ one is at Marketing Head ( Seating in India ) & R & D Head Asia Pacific & 4-5 Direct reportees
