Responsible for multiple major & minor project in function of project planning, scheduling, reporting, cost & change management. 2. Prepare and release Project Plans & Schedules in MS Project/ MS Excel. 3. Prepare and release project status reports on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis. 4. Prepare and release Cost reports. 5. Prepare and release MIS Presentations viz. Procurement MIS. 6. Organising Management review meetings and issuing Agenda (Project Presentation)/ MOMs 7. Vendor / Contractor schedule management, meetings, agenda & mom. 8. Followup and expediting all internal and external stake holders for timely completion of project activities. 9. Highlighting critical area of concerns and suggesting mitigation measures. 10. Issuing Project Closures, Handovers & Capitalisation.
