Project Finance - Manager/Senior Manager - (plant finance experience must.CA Only)

Key Responsibilities:

- Finance Controlling: Ensure strong financial control over project and plant operations by implementing internal controls, monitoring costs, and conducting variance analysis. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management.

- CAPEX Management: Oversee the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) process, from planning and budgeting to the tracking of expenditures and returns. Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, and analyze financial impacts of capital projects.

- Plant Finance: Manage all finance-related activities for the plant, including cost tracking, financial reporting, and operational finance. Coordinate with plant managers to ensure that financial targets are met and operational efficiencies are maximized.

- Plant Accounting: Oversee and ensure accurate plant accounting processes including tracking of operational costs, inventory management, depreciation, and asset management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation and presentation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for capital projects and plant operations. Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the viability of plant projects, including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), and other key financial metrics. Provide recommendations for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and corporate policies. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and project financials.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, plant managers, auditors, and external consultants, to ensure smooth financial management of projects and plant operations.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks related to project execution and plant operations and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure that all financial risks are adequately controlled and managed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- REQUIRE ONLY CA

- 13+ years of experience in project finance, plant finance, or CAPEX management

- Strong knowledge of finance controlling, plant accounting, and cost management principles

- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for large-scale capital projects

- Expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
