Manager/Senior Manager - Production - MNC Chemical Major with Cos. T.O over 4500 Crs
1. Maintain and improve Technology and Science with respect to products manufactured ( Both existing and new products )
2. Responsibility of Technical, Quality and Cost effective Manufacturing of the Products
3. Plant Quality and Process Safety, Health and Environmental activities related to the plant and person, Plant related IR and Cost effective plant operations .
4. Knowledge of Safety and Environmental system in general as well as specific requirement of Process, production ensuring better health and hygiene.
5. Guiding the subordinates in handling people at Shop Floor level as well as other disciplines to channelize them to specific requirements of the Organisations Technology and practices.
6. Ensuring the Plant Operations are followed as per the Work Instructions / Departmental standard operating procedures
7. Cost effective plant operations .

MSC / B.TECH ( Chemical )
