Manager/Senior Manager - Product Marketing - Home Energy Management Solutions (7-14 yrs)
- Take ownership of product and tactical marketing activities new product launch and conversion process, and lead a multi-functional team in the launch process.
- Own a team of 1 to start, develop a team over time to include tactical marketing and product marketing associates. Be a strong contributor with capability to deliver results individually and also as a team leader.
- International Travel to US for the training purposes may be needed, International travel for Business activities.
- Life-cycle planning ownership for GTM activities being part of cross functional team for launch of proprietary E2E energy management technology, creating detailed conversion planning, NPI activities with Regional GMs based in US, LATAM, Europe and Australia.
- Develop customer facing presentations, interface with external agencies to create videos- content, both internal- and external-facing, for product and solution releases, engagement campaigns, trainings, and sales collateral.
- Assist in developing clear and persuasive value propositions for customers, distributors, installers.
- Develop case studies and customer references for Organisations PV and energy storage solutions
- Develop a team to perform market research and collect competitive intelligence to benchmark and maintain competitive advantage in product development and marketing
- Establish an external network of industry stakeholders and potential marketing partners to obtain market insights in the Home Energy Management Solutions space, on product innovations and/or to scout for opportunities for cooperation with the organisation.
