Manager/Senior Manager - Product Management - Mortgage Business

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Product development & management for Mortgage Business

- Responsible for Process enhancement, portfolio management, channel management & Digital initiatives

- Working with cross functional teams i.e. Risk, Technology, Operation & finance for smooth working throughout the loan cycle

- Lead various initiatives on new products, designing business enablers, competition benchmarking to support business growth.

Requirements:

- MBA with 7-8 years of work exp

- Prior experience of working with Bank / NBFC in Product, Risk or Business function

- Understanding of Lending, policies and digital eco system

- High level of analytical skills, collaborative and good communication skills
