Manager/Senior Manager - Product Development - Auto Loan/NBFC

An opening with one of the NBFC Client for the position of Manager/ Sr. Manager -Product, Candidates only from General Insurance(Auto Insurance,Motor Insurance) will be considered for the role.

JOB PURPOSE

To identify business opportunities, improve the organization's market position and achieve financial growth in the insurance business.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- End to end development of the new product lines for Insurance Business

- To identify, strategize, plan and manage the new product and business opportunities in the Insurance domain for the organization inlined with the organization's objectives.

- To plan, strategize and manage the product mix.

- To negotiate and transact with different manufacturers, dealers and service providers to meet the business needs.

- To handle the legal aspects of the new product launch inlined with the Legal and Compliance section.

- End to end vendor management.

- To design, develop, implement and evaluate the marketing strategy

- To build and maintain commercially productive relationships with both new and old clients.

- To maintain extensive knowledge of the current market condition, trends, and competitions by mean of research and surveys and ensure the analytics for taking business decisions.

- To suggest changes and take initiatives for continuous process improvement.

- To bring awareness on the new products and businesses to both internal and external customers.

- Training and mentoring of the team.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

1. MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 Institute

2. 7-8 years of relevant experience in Insurance Business

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills

4. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to bring innovation and take initiatives

6. Pragmatic and result oriented

7. Excellent in analytics and excel
