Manager/ Senior Manager - Procurement - Oils/ Soap Manufacturing

- Responsible for total business unit procurement of Direct-spending materials in Oils, Olive oils, Coconut oil, Palm oil

- Analyzing market fundamentals by comprehensive tracking of oil prices, market sentiments to take short / long term strategic buying decisions.

- Hands-on experience in tracking crude oil, CBOT, BMD, NCDEX, MCX.

- Network with suppliers worldwide to get the best value for materials.

- Evaluating cost benefits of all available oil substitutes and strategizing proposals.

- Work closely with internal planning team to ensure smooth & timely delivery of materials as per requirements.

- Collaborate with R&D for new product development.

- Self-starter who can understand, formulate and execute business plans accurately. He needs to understand market flow, company strategy and how to implement it independently.

- Problem Solver, with limited supervision who can take critical decisions

- Build relationships with good networks and contacts to gain support from all levels of company, customers and people.

- Should be a stable and down to earth person.

- People's person, good with team handling.

- Work experience preferably with an FMCG / PHARMA role.
