Manager/Senior Manager - Procurement - IT

Procurement Manager/Sr. Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Identification of Vendors

- Floating RFP in the market

- Arrange PRE- BID meetings with vendors and our team, minutes the meeting and share with all stakeholders

- Getting the proposals from vendors and make technical and commercial comparison.

- Do the commercial evaluation of vendors

- Get the technical evaluation from technical team and capture the same in comparison.

- Understand the cost submitted by vendors and validate the same by preparing the cost analysis.

- Submit the final comparison with cost justification working to company procurement head for further processing

- The resources to be deployed at companies office and they will report directly to our procurement head, and they have to work as per the outr procurement head direction and company procurement policy

ROLE PREREQUISITES:

- Must have B.Tech / B.E in mechanical / Electrical/Civil stream

- Any specialization in procurement certification can be preferred

- Must have experience in procuring civil & Interior items, UPS, Chillers, cooling tower, HT< panels, PDUs, AHUS, PAHUS, pumps etc..

- Must have experience of 8-10 years in procurement
