Manager/Senior Manager - Process Excellence - Consulting Firm

- Drive transformation by ideating and getting initiatives implemented in the organization.

- Collaborate with corresponding functions and business units for implementation.

- Drive branding and communication of transformation initiatives.

- Coordinate with HR and L&D teams to design suitable training and awareness programs for such initiatives.

- Support coordination and execution of cross-functional reviews with the Function/ Department heads.

- Develop and maintain management dashboards to communicate the status of transformation progress.

- Monitor transformation initiatives and translate output into impactful insights, clear findings and value created for the organization.

- Strong business acumen and ability to pick-up aligned functional domain.

- Well versed with various Process Improvement frameworks.

- Experience in creating presentations and communicating ideas and plans with all levels of the organization.

- Working knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean Construction among others.
