Manager/Senior Manager - Predictive Analytics - Control Tower - Supply Chain Business Process

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expert in Supply Chain business processes and Predictive Analytics with hands-on understanding of the various operational roles involved in supply chain.

- Develop analytical solutions that provide actionable insights on customer behaviours and patterns which will support the organisation sales & marketing strategies for growth.

- Lead the Supply chain analytics to enable the company to increase profitability by making data driven strategies.

- Analyze Supply Chain performance to identify best practices, opportunities for improvement.

- Work cross-functionally and support ad hoc analyses to give a more structured shape, examine recent and historical data, identify salient trends, develop statistical models, and surface key insights.

- Recognize opportunities for process improvements and drive standardization. Support development and management of metrics, KPIs, and dashboards

- Provide thought leadership to create supply chain solutions in domain of planning & scheduling, order management, transportation & distribution planning.

- Demonstrable understanding of statistical modelling, data mining and predictive analytics.

- Responsible for data analytic and determining action items to predictable Supply Chain performance.

- Create process definition for First Mile (FM), Mid Mile (MD), LM (Last Mile), In Transit Processing, Reverse Logistics, Customer and Seller Support Management and grievance addressable.
