We are hiring for this role on behalf of our client. Our client is a prominent Fintech start-up and is backed by major investors. This role is a P&L management role wherein the candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for multiple aspects - such as powering growth across functions, driving improvement in processes or product, overachieving the scale planned for or bringing new products required by different business segments on table for leadership to evaluate. This position requires the candidate to have an attention to detail, great follow-through, ability to identify and drive process improvements, coordinate between client teams, operations and product teams and be a great communicator to both external and internal customers. Roles and responsibilities: - Managing the portfolio of thousands of SME's across the partners of our client. - Owning the relationship with senior business stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and manage P&L for the portfolio. - Structuring the problem in different parts and creating strong hypotheses to unlock opportunity areas in your portfolio. - Being customer-centric in spirit and in execution, Identify customer needs and aligning business processes accordingly. - Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses, and to arrive at data-driven decisions with opportunity sizing of various models. - Leading team discussions, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly with the customers. - Using technology tools, including Google docs/sheets, ticketing systems etc, and working with data. - SCALE and SCALE super fast.
