What You'll Do :
Music Content Curation :
- Develop an evolving data driven content strategy keeping the consumer as the central focus and build through experimentation over time
- Understand user behaviour and build a portfolio of curated music playlists featuring multiple themes, genres and occasions
- Create logical entities to feature and highlight content that can drive and enhance consumption
- Generate seamless solutions for advertisers while maintaining an enhanced user experience and regular
- Work Cross functionally with internal and external stake holders to deliver business objectives and priorities
Enhance Discoverability of Music Content :
- Identify and build contextual points of visibility for music on the Zee5
- Develop processes to curate and feature content assets that can deliver targeted impressions
- Monitor and measure the user journey to ensure a seamless experience that can drive engagement
Data interpretation :
- Define metrics to measure the impact of various initiatives and understand the consumer journey on different device platforms
- Outline rules to govern featuring and merchandising based on data driven consumer insights
- Keep abreast with industry trends and regularly monitor competition platforms to work towards market leadership

Who You Are :
- Candidate with strong communication and presentation skills
- 4+ years of experience in content management and programming within online music/video streaming platforms
- Team player who can collaborate well with internal stakeholders as well as external partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic work environment
- Passion for music that is complemented by basic understanding of the music industry and the digital ecosystem
