The ideal candidate would have 15-18 years of experience after full-time professional education qualifications in HR / IR.
Candidate already in leadership role at Plant level would be a preference.
A person already working in Noida/ Greater Noida / Ghaziabad or nearby area would be preferable.
Qualification : MBA/PGDMA IN HR/IR with 15 Years plus experience from plant
Relevant experience would include :
- Ability to drive cost effective and productive long-term settlements with Unions.
- Experiences in leading manpower restructuring eg separations.
- Managing Contract labor at manufacturing sites.
- Driving and employment laws related compliances.
- Liaison with government authorities eg labor department, district administration in Noida / Greater Noida area.
- Bringing employment-related court cases to logical conclusion.
- Manage Performance Reviews.
- Manage L & D processes.
- Driving HR digitization.
- Recruitment & Selection through digital means.
