Purpose of the role :

- Looking for individual strong in Human Resources.

- Must have minimum 6+ years' experience in managing Employee Relations and statutory and regulatory compliances in a reputed company

- Looking for a person with a mix bag experience in plant HR and corporate HR

- Purpose of this role is to identify opportunities for optimization of indirect manpower cost through various process and productivity levers for work areas needing indirect manning.

- Incumbent is expected to establish process for managing and streamlining the deployment of indirect manpower by leveraging technology with an objective of de-risking business operation
