- A Payroll Lead (Manager or Senior Manager) will lead the payroll function for India for approx.. 10,000 employees. The Lead will work to ensure that the payroll is processed timely accurately on time as per timelines defined. The person will also be responsible in ensuring that all statutory calculations, deduction and deposits that are part of or related to payroll (e.g. TDS, PF, ESI, LWF, PT, ESIC etc.). - The person having exposure to ERP systems like PeopleSoft, SAP S/4Hana and payroll system like Ascent, ADP etc. will have an added advantage Job Descriptions and Responsibilities : - Fully responsible for managing end-to-end Processes related to Payroll and Separation Process in India - Should have managed end-to-end in-house payroll for a mid-sized or large-size service organization - Management of Sensitive data with utmost confidentiality, care, sensitivity and as per the data privacy and data management policies and laws - Processing of month-on-month payroll changes accurately (e.g. new hires, separations, transfers, deputations) and system updates - Administration of Benefits that are part of total compensation &amp; reward of an employee - Periodically reviewing, defining or redefining and improving payroll processes to achieve faster, accurate and timely processing of payroll &amp; benefits. - Prepare payroll reports and analysis by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves, benefits and reporting deviations, if any. - Excellent exposure and knowledge of ERP or HRIS management systems (preferably SAP or PeopleSoft). - Maintains all compensation and benefits details in the data base (preferably SAP, PeopleSoft).
