Manager/Senior Manager - Payroll & HR Operations - APAC Region

Urgently looking for Manager / Sr. Manager (APAC) -Payroll and HR operations with one of world's leading brand for Gurgaon location

- Looking for someone who is well versed in HR operations and payroll function

- Responsible and accountable to lead a high performing team of HR operations and payroll across APAC region

- You should have cross-functional stakeholders experience

- Ensuring service delivery within operations environment, meeting the process standards and SLA metrics

- Identify scope of work and process re-designing, Process Re-engineering to ensure quality improvement for payroll and ops function

- Attuned to highly matrix organizations & have dealt with ambiguity in business successfully

- Minimum 4 years of team handling experience is required for this role

- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
