- We have an urgent opening with a leading Alcobev company.
Reporting To : General Manager - Compensation and Benefits
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION :
- The position is expected to lead the Payroll function for India & International units, spearhead the HR Automation efforts, manage the Benefits administration and oversee the Reimbursement process.
- He/She is tasked with the preparation and verification of the business's payroll data for the purpose of ensuring accurate and timely payments for employees.
- He/she will be responsible for overseeing all the payroll changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies. The role will additionally have a strong emphasis on managing the necessary registrations, leave and attendance management for all employees.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing Payroll along with Payroll vendor for India & International units
- Oversee and direct Payroll procedures
- Maintaining payroll information by directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data accurately and timely to ensure seamless salary disbursement
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
- Collation and preparation of all inputs
- Manage the Payroll partner and ensure accurate calculation & Payout.
- Ensuring Compliances with relevant laws and internal policies
- Payroll compliances, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, & PT
- Other HR compliances; Shops & Establishment, Factory's act, etc.
- Filing of Challans
- Ensuring Investment declaration, attendance & leave management, ESIC registrations for new and existing employees
Spearheading HR Automation Efforts :
- Support overall HR Technology Roadmap through timely implementation, stabilization & optimization of available modules/functionality
- Understand and utilize technology and HR systems to streamline processes, build efficiencies
- Develop and maintain data integrity and execute accurate auditing procedures
- Proactively partner with internal Process Owners to plan, assess & support implementation new functionalities
Benefits administration :
- Annual renewals of insurances & related benefits
- Benefit administration including addition & management of members
- Managing the partner & any exceptions/ escalation, etc.
Reimbursement & HRIS management :
- Ensuring smooth employee experience by supervising the reimbursement process - special cases and escalations
- Ensuring proper administration and accuracy of HRMS data
QUALIFICATION & SKILL SET :
- Minimum Graduate, MBA HR preferred
- 6-8 Year of experience
- Understanding of the Payroll & regulatory landscape & Knowledge of HR Technology Tools & Trends
- Highly process & detail orientation as well as highly hands-on
- Ability to manage ambiguity
