Manager/Senior Manager - Origination/Business Development - Debt Listing Services

- Originate and service debt listing business across WDM, EBP, CP, Muni Bonds, IFSC, Green bonds, Investment Trusts, and all other potential debt products added to the primary market group from time to time.

- Generate new business across debt products and sustain lead market share - Overall market share of around 70 per cent across all ourkey debt products including EBP, WDM, public debt, IFSC, CPs, Green Bonds, muni bonds, InVITs, REITs, and other debt based bonds

- Develop and deepen relationships with listing companies, upcoming issuers, arrangers, financial services intermediaries to generate business leads and gather intelligence

- Independently lead mid-level sales meetings across all product portfolios and organize meetings where required

- Active involvement in product development to ensure successful transition of OTC and money market led products to the Exchanges

- Keep self and team updated on the developments/ changes in rules, regulations, circular and notification by regulatory bodies.

- Service debt clients across commercial and business needs - Service debt clients across business and platform needs, platform enhancements, commercial queries, listing compliance support and other fees related support.

Education :CA/CFA/MBA Finance/ Masters Finance
