Manager/Senior Manager - Organization Development - IT/KPO (7-12 yrs)
Reporting in to HR Director, responsibilities would include-
- Take an insightful approach to diagnose business challenges
- Drive in-depth research
- Strong at assessment, conceptualization, design and roll-out of various short-term and long-term OD interventions around structure, processes and HR / talent management practices
- Leverage data from tools like performance reviews, employee surveys and business and HR metrics to develop insightful solutions
- Stay current on industry best practices and leverage this knowledge to benchmark the developed solutions
- Have a keen eye for measuring effectiveness of various solutions with clear, specific metrics
- Strong project management skills to anchor deployments
Skills/ Key Competencies -
- Business acumen
- Knowledge and experience in OD methods and approaches
- Highly logical and analytical bent of mind
- Strong communication and influencing skills and experience working with managers/ leaders
- High degree of organization and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with often overlapping and conflicting deadlines

Position Description: Develop and sustain organizational development, effectiveness and change management solutions / interventions to support organizational vision and business requirements
Essential Qualifications: Masters degree in HR / Certification in OD (preferred,)
Technical Qualifications: Strong domain knowledge of OD processes, strategies and frameworks; market understanding, precise research capability and execution excellence
Experience: 7-12 years of experience with preferably at least 3-4 years of experience of OD in Consulting / IT / KPO organizations; experience of working in large multi- cultural organizations.
