Manager/Senior Manager - Operational Excellence - Chemical Firm (6-8 yrs)

We have multiple positions for Operational Excellence in the Eastern Region at different levels.

Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager - Operational Excellence

Education: - B.E/B.Tech OR B.E/B.Tec with MBA or CFA/ CA/ cost accountant (Any)

Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility :


- Manage overall performance by way of Support diagnostics and analytical work. support project lead in implementation planning and execution, support continuous improvement (IMPACT/LEAD Centers) by participating actively in IMPACT Center reviews, chase initiative leaders for their inputs, - Implement cross-cutting elements of "Lean foundations" (A3s, practical problem-solving, kaizen, standard work), Roll-up results from IMPACT Centers to PMO War room and escalate issues and concerns.

- Facilitating Project Identification in various units.

- Tracking and review of projects

- Implementation of theme-based workshops and engagement across the value chain.

- Working jointly with Corporate Communications in creating awareness of the Operational Excellence program and assisting themes of engagement.

- Capability Building.

- Preparing MIS on a weekly basis, LCR, SCM for updating the management on the progress being made under the program.
