Academic Qualification(Essential) : Bachelor's degree
Desirable : Business administration/Digital Marketing
Experience (Essentials) : 8 years + in Online Sales in Pharma industry

- Define and implement a strategy to grow the online business from its current position.
- Strategize & implement the plan of action for monthly growth in sales revenue from the online marketplaces & company's website.
- Monitor and report sales activities and trends based on data analysis of future replenishment orders, pricing updates and products requiring potential revision.
- Working on Stock management / Cataloging /Order Processing management/ Handling Issue tickets/Discount Management/ Product Price Analyzing/ Invoicing/Return Management
- Configure/add/remove/edit items and images to provide the most accurate representation of our products on portal.
- Coordinate with internal warehouse/dispatch teams for accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
- Work with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- In charge of the general planning, marketing, promotion, customer relations and other systematic operation of online activities, draw and implement operation and channel expansion plan.
- Manage all aspects of E-commerce division and oversee day to day operations.
- Understanding the specific marketplace where inventory is being sold is critical (e.g., competitors, marketplace terms, changes, fulfillment process, etc.).
- Keep the product catalog on the marketplace up-to-date. Upkeep the testing of all the details of the products uploaded.
- Manage Ads and Promotion campaigns to increase sales - identify opportunities and execute to lower ACOS and increase sales by using both paid and organic mean
- Define, develop and constantly optimize digital solutions to meet the goals and KPIs by developing and A/B Testing campaign strategies, landing pages & pricing strategies.
- Creating promotional offers/ campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
- Adept at using tools and techniques to manage reviews and ratings and to keep a high sentiment score on all products
- Additional special duties as deemed necessary for active business operations.
