Manager/Senior Manager - Model Risk Management - Algo Trading/Wealth Management (3-6 yrs)
Role - Algo Trading or Wealth Management
Responsible for independently conducting quantitative analytics and complex modelling projects. Leads efforts in development of new models, analytic processes or system approaches.
Responsibilities :-
The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing model independent validation and peer review of all newly-developed complex predictive models to ensure they follow good modelling practices and are in compliance with Model Governance Policy,
Mandatory Skills :-
Strong Quantitative skills -
- At least 3+ years of hands on model development or validation experience
- Proficient in statistical analysis and modelling
- Have a deep understanding and knowledge of modelling process and model performance measures and to perform effective challenges to the current models
- Proficient in SAS and SQL
Preferred Skills :-
Knowledge of risk, underwriting and marketing models in a consumer lending environment
Proficient in R/Python//S-Plus and MATLAB
Note :
- Looking for candidates who are currently working in Multi-National Investment Banks only.
- Should be from BFSI Domain.
