We are at present having a senior position as Manager / Sr.Manager - MIS &amp; BUDGETING for a leading FERTILIZER company (Leading producer of phosphate-based fertilizers) for CORPORATE OFFICE in KOLKATA location The incumbent should be a QUALIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT with AT LEAST 5yrs of POST QUALIFICATION experience ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Budgeting and Budget reviews from Actual Data. - Variance Analysis (AOP vs Actual) and Budgetary control for the Capex costs. - Preparation of Yearly/quarterly/Monthly financial statement as per Indian GAAP and IFRS - Co-coordinating with Statutory Auditors/ IFC audit/internal audit/ cost audit. - Experienced in implementing financial procedures, Company Policies and monitoring or building internal financial controls. - Implementing financial results forecasting system for providing accurate future results projections and budgeting system ensuring timely compilation and presentation of Budgets. - Ensure that adequate controls are in place and complied with in the Revenue &amp; Cost processes to ensure the achievement of financial objectives. - Preparation of MIS reports providing feedback to top management on financial performance. - Reviewing Financials during every Month close and reporting issues to Finance Management comparing Actuals to Budget/Forecast/Prior Month to ensure correct month-end. - Intercompany transactions with group companies. - Preparation and roll out of the monthly financial deck and other reports for top management, which includes financial performance, a snapshot of various customers, products and regions on vectors like Revenue, Cost, and Balance sheet including KPIs. - Conducting variance analysis of the forecasted budget against the actual results, critically evaluating all elements to identify the reason for surplus/deficit and reporting. - Reviewing all invoices for proper documentation and prior approval for payment. - Ensuring GST &amp; TDS Compliances in all invoice bookings - Follow up and ensure resolution from vendors / internal stakeholders on open queries - Timely response to queries from internal stakeholders, vendors. &amp; auditors. - Reconcile accounts payable transactions. - Prepare analysis of accounts. - Validate payment. - Regular scrutiny of advances and payables - Send Monthly Fund Planning with the weekly break up utilization details of preceding month to the corporate office and ensure adherence to Plan. - Preparing detail of Bank related data for Treasury Team Preferred Skills : - Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness - Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills - Well versed with Advanced Excel - Should have excellent presentation skills - Analytically very sound - Experience of working in ERP system --- SAP in FI and CO module - Experience of working in the manufacturing industry
