For a new practice in the BIG 4 consulting company. MNC, US headquartered, looking to hire a person for the India - Delhi/ Gurgaon office.

Role Description:

We are looking for multiple roles in the metals and mining/ infrastructure/ logistics consulting business. The objective of the role is to work as a delivery leader / consultant with the clients of the organization in the metals and mining space- specifically in the areas of supply chain, logistics and operations in these industries across India.

Industry knowledge is critical - consulting skills can be developed.

Key Performance Indicator:

- Delivery

- Client management

- Content expertise

Key Deliverables:

- Issue surfacing, problem solving and implementation with regards to a client project

- Project/ program management/ team management/ stakeholder management

- Present content expertise/ continuously upgrade skills to deliver the same

- Team coaching

- Knowledge management/ insight generation

Expected qualifications:

- MBA with expertise in metals/ mining industry.
