CTC - 10 - 12 LPA
- 5 - 10 years of experience working with the luxury segment/hospitality/automobile/real estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue.
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
- Target driven.
- Good understanding of dealing with HNI's and UHNI's.
- University degree, preferably majoring in Business or related disciplines.
- MBA (desirable).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
- Prospect clients who could fit into the profile of a member, and initiate and close the sale.
- Build a solid strategy for lead generation that meets sales goals.
- Ensure the sales pipeline remains full with leads & prospects.
- Take ownership of management of the sales functions.
- Working with stringent targets, the incumbent will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
- Ensure that sales targets are met month on month.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- Maintain the client database using an effective CRM suite.
- Develop and grow key member relationships.
- Preparing daily,weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential
