Managing multiple media agencies across mediums to deliver integrated media solutions  - In order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of vendor services, 100% on time in full delivery and automation of processes eg; Ariba Platform  Stakeholder Management  - Collaborating with Business Intelligence & marketing Intelligence teams, customer relationship management and commercial teams in order to ensure timely implementation of plans as per calendar  Budget Allocation & Clearance  - Ensure the implementation of robust, billing processes and timely budget allocation to various promotional activities in order to ensure timely PO and clearance of bills to vendors  Key Campaigns & Events Management  - Engaging and reaching out to the trade using appropriate and cost effective media vehicles as per the plans devised by Product Management and Sales team  - Work closely with the sales team/product management team to understand the market & help design customized programs such as Modern Trade, provide logistics and support to Sales & Marketing teams in order to execute Trade related events to enhance the brand at channel (retailer & distributor level)
