Duties & Responsibilities:
Your duties and responsibilities which are inclusive, but not limited to these is elaborated as follows:
- Manage the entire product portfolio for Non-Railway Equipment's marketing team across North/West/East country.
- Initiate necessary measures to standardize the Non-Railway Equipment's and establish efficient processes for the same.
- Aggressively expand the footprint for domestic retrofit business.
- Has background for Power Electronics, preferably in DC Power industries like Rectifiers, Battery chargers, UPS, SMPS, etc.
- Be fully responsible for meeting assigned targets for each year for the region.
- Ensure all pre-planned maintenance is adhered to during the planned shutdown of equipment.
- Initiate pro-active measures to conduct a market survey and obtain market intelligence and analysis for the Eastern region.
- Assist the HO marketing team to plan/budget for sales forecasts and detailed knowledge about important projects.
- Feed the Design/ R &D team at HO with respect to different/new products that can be developed to expand the product portfolio.
- Is capable of consistently meeting assigned targets.
- Is an effective team player and can motivate his team for optimum performance.
- Responsible to provide technical support to the sales & marketing team, including on-site assistance.
- Manage Non-Railway Equipment's business promotion through various marketing channels, including trade shows, events, seminars & conferences, etc.
- Expand the brand - Direct- across platforms.
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Keeps a stable working environment under pressure and seeks growth opportunities.
