Marketing Manager/Sr. - US Based Fintech

A talented Marketing Manager, to be one of the pioneering members of our client's India team based in our Bengaluru office. The incumbent will be tasked to enable millions of SMBs and professional businesses in India to get paid globally with's fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions. What's the job?

- Brand positioning: Create and consolidate the brand across specific customer segments in India

- Lead Generation: Meet aggressive targets of number of leads required to feed a hungry sales team

- Content Creation: Be the leading writer within our India team responsible for localizing our content throughout all platforms to accurately tell the org story to our target customers - including writing blog posts, localizing the website and writing and commissioning whitepapers

- Influencer Outreach: Engage with others in the ecosystem who can talk and write and be an evangelist to a relevant audience

- Social Media Management: Daily market research through social platforms, actively engaging with customers and prospects through org social properties as well as those of others

- Marketing Collateral: Working closely with Sales to create brochures, datasheets and presentations

- Events: Create and launch activation campaigns like forums, networking dinners and roadshows in high density SMB hubs, and research new events we can sponsor

- Webinars & Podcasts: Organizing periodic online seminars to engage our customers and generate new leads

Is this you?

- University degree in Marketing, Business or anything else that will interest us

- 5+ years of experience in ATL and BTL marketing

- Experience in working with Mid-market & Enterprise customers

- Experience with Social Media channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn

- Solid background in blogging, content creation and analytics

- Ability to see the bigger picture and align goals to deliver on them

- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results

- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills with colleagues all over the world

- Passion for finding new ways to connect with your community

- Great at building and growing relationships with business partners, customers and colleagues (team player)

- High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
