Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct desk and primary research based on research requests focusing on, but not limited to, market trends, segmentation analysis, consumer preferences, value chain assessments, competitor intelligence, pricing and landscape analysis
- Lead the User Intelligence (UQ) team and liaise with the wider Equalize Team to ensure product and service development is driven by realistic market insights
- Conceptualize design and methodology for market and user research
- Create and manage respondents and KOL database for research
- Synthesize information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Identify, map and build capacity of internal UQ team and report on areas needing improvement and success
Skills and Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience working as market researcher/analyst, preferably around medical technology and public health
- Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience working in hospital settings with doctors/medical practitioners (government/private) and other clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Willing to work in small groups with minimal supervision and flexible work hours
- Good networking and communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS office- Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Enthusiastic about writing and dialogue
