Manager/Senior Manager - Manufacturing Operations - Machine Production - Automotive Industry

Job Description :

- Handling all variety of machines CNC turning, HMC, VMC, Grinding & Special process equipment like Leak test, Honing, Balancing, Superfinishing, etc..

- CNC machines programming on Fanuc, siemens controllers on above machines.

- Engineering Drawing study and make the COD (Chain of Dimension) based on Stage control process.

- Good knowledge on PFMEA & RPN rating.

- Should exhibits good knowledge on Layout validation, part flow simulation.

- Should possess good knowledge on SMED concepts, VSM techniques.

- Should have knowledge on Problem solving tools on Why Why analysis, QC story, KT methodology.

- Should have a mindset on Cost reduction by Kaizen approach, 3M concepts, 7 wastage elimination by rotating continuous PDCA.

- Well conversant in Industry 4.0, IOT

- Responsible for controlling the machine shop key KPI like OPR,DRR,Tool CPC, Defect outflow PPM.

- Should possess mindset on Cross functional & Cross cultural team.

- Drives employees training and adherence to standards.

- Manages production operation expenses and budgets for the machine shops.

- Implements effective and actionable Daily Management routines utilizing Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics to meet performance objectives and drive continuous improvement.

- Implements effective and sustainable 5S practices.

- Holds a thorough understanding of materials, scheduling, inventory control and planning functions as well as a solid understanding of a manufacturing environment..

- Strong management skills including the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision, goal setting, delegation, coaching, and motivating.

- Flexible, open minded, and able to think creatively to solve complex operational issues while maintaining open communications and a cooperative work environment.
