Opportunity with global leader in Digital Marketing and advertising space .

- Actively seeking a Manager / Sr Manager - LOYALTY PROGRAME for its strategy consulting group.

- Looking for a Management strategy consultant for a leading client at BLR.

- The incumbent should be well versed with developing strategy and planning for LOYALTY PROGRAMs . The strategies to improvise the productivity and efficiency of the product for the inhouse client and build customer acquisition.

- We are happy to connect with people from B2C marketing background who are into customer acquisition, planning, strategy development and perform analysis for customer success.

- People with exp in developing LOYALTY program in retail, banking, aviation e-commerce will be our first choice to connect..

- Preferred from following industry- ecommerce, retail, aviation ( customer acquisition vertical), loyalty ,

- People with exp in Loyalty space

- Experience- 8-14yrs

- Compensation- Open

People management - Must ( Might have to perform a IC role also in managing complex product )

- Work closely with the Loyalty & CRM consulting practice

- Lead projects around Loyalty marketing, loyalty program design, data-based marketing

- Perform research & data based diagnostic assessments to measure effectiveness of client loyalty & CRM programs and benchmark them with competition/industry best practices

- Execute ad hoc analysis that may include customer journey mapping, Persona development, business case preparation, CRM program audit

- Support client prospecting through creation of pitch material and discovery workshops

- Define performance metrics and measurement schemas

- Collaboratively work with industry consultants and peer groups to identify client capability gaps and potential solutions

- Provide thought leadership artifacts for use within the company as well as with clients

Knowledge & Skills :

- Consulting

- Ability to engage clients in strategic dialogue

- Ability to support diagnosis by assessing current client maturity and external benchmarking via research & analysis

- Strong ability of creating, collating and synthesizing diverse data sets, e.g. market insights, competitor loyalty program analysis, data insights into a coherent narrative for the client

- Excellent grasp of business and economic concepts

- Marketing Strategy

- Deep knowledge of marketing processes within the Loyalty and CRM space

- Familiarity of key marketing channels and their role in driving marketing outcomes, e.g., email, social, mobile, search

- Knowledge of industry and consumer insights tools

- Ability to articulate how disparate marketing strategy elements feed a unified customer experience

Analytics :

- Able to use analytical tools, e.g. Excel, pivot charts and tables, dashboard reports

- Familiarity with typical marketing data - profile, transactional, engagement/performance

- Familiarity with typical metrics and analysis modes for marketing data

Communication :

- Excellent verbal communications, listening and interpersonal skills

- Able to develop outstanding slide-based presentations - content, story, flow, delivery (in person and on phone)

- Able to present data, analysis in a simple and clear way

Project Management :

- Manage projects independently while seeking help where needed

- Strong teamwork and able to work effectively with diverse and international teams (i.e. Consulting, Technical, Marketing)

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Lead client conversations & projects

- Manage small teams of consultant

- Conduct Digital Capabilities Assessment (Consultative and Research driven)

- Score and benchmark customer/member digital experiences for given clients (i.e. provided a list)

- Help determine gaps and best solutions to fit

- Create presentations demonstrating digital customer experience (As Is and To Be)

- Collaboratively define end state based on client objectives and assessments

- Competitive analysis and benchmarking of clients

Qualifications :

- Technical Requirements

- Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of VBA/SQL (good to have)

Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience
