Manager/Senior Manager - Litigation - LLB

- 3 to 7 years of experience in handling and attending various courts for all civil and criminal matters.

- Drafting/Vetting of plaint, petitions, legal noticee and other legal documents

- Liasoning independently with law firms / lawyers / Counsels / internal stake holders on litigation matters.

- Conducting legal research related to the litigation matters

- Maintaining and monitoring litigation data base

Qualification :

- LLB ( 5 years integrated ) from Tier 1 Law Schools

- 3 to 7 years of work experience in a Law firm or in Banking & Finance Sector

- Excellent communication skills
